Al Tahady rents quad bikes and dune buggies for desert riding outside Dubai. Their customers decide fast — often the same morning — and they decide on two things: which machine, and is it free right now. Neither question had an answer online. We built a site where every vehicle in the fleet has its own page, its own photos, and its own calendar.

01 — The brief

The challenge

Al Tahady's fleet ranges from kids' quads to four-seater Funco buggies, but riders had no way to see what was available or reserve it. Every booking ran through a phone call, which meant double-bookings on busy weekends and no way to capture the traveller browsing at 11pm the night before a ride. Same-day riders in particular would simply move on to whichever operator answered first.

02 — What we built

The solution

We built a WordPress site with a visual fleet grid where each vehicle — Funco 2- and 4-seaters, Polaris buggies, standard and pro quads, and kids' quads — gets its own detail page with real photography and a date-and-timeslot booking calendar. Sunrise, sunset and camel-ride packages sit alongside the fleet as their own bookable products, and a persistent WhatsApp button hands off riders who want to confirm a slot in seconds.

03 — Method

How we got there

  1. 01Built a fleet catalogue with a dedicated page per vehicle, real photography and specs
  2. 02Integrated a date-and-timeslot booking calendar with approval states for each unit
  3. 03Packaged sunrise, sunset and camel-ride experiences as separately bookable products
  4. 04Added dual WhatsApp handoff for same-day riders who prefer to confirm by message
  5. 05Built enquiry capture with Contact Form 7 and newsletter signup via Hostinger Reach
  6. 06Delivered a mobile-first layout, since most riders browse and book on a phone

04 — Proof

What changed

  • 8 fleet units individually bookable instead of one generic enquiry form
  • 3 experience packages — sunrise, sunset and camel ride — sold as their own products
  • Slot-based calendar replacing phone-only booking and weekend double-bookings
  • Instant WhatsApp handoff for same-day riders on both operator numbers
