Gulf Supply provides manpower, logistics, maintenance, modular buildings and customs clearance across Saudi Arabia. In this market the buyer is a procurement officer, and their first question is never about price — it is whether you are compliant. MHRSD, SFDA, ZATCA, HSE: fail any one and the tender ends. We built a site that answers that question before anything else.

01 — The brief

The challenge

Gulf Supply's five divisions serve very different buyers — a warehouse needing 40 loaders has nothing in common with a client needing SFDA-compliant cold-chain delivery or ZATCA customs clearance. A single generic company page would have failed all of them. The site had to separate the divisions cleanly, prove regulatory compliance up front, and still funnel every visitor into one quote pipeline.

02 — What we built

The solution

We structured the site around the five divisions, each with its own capability page, so a procurement buyer lands directly on what they came for. Compliance is treated as primary content rather than a footnote — MHRSD, SFDA, ZATCA and HSE credentials are stated where buyers look for them. A client showcase featuring Amazon, Noon, Alfanar and KAFD supplies third-party proof, and quote requests route to dedicated department lines with a published 24-hour response commitment.

03 — Method

How we got there

  1. 01Structured five divisions — manpower, logistics, maintenance, modular cabins and customs — as distinct capability pages
  2. 02Made MHRSD, SFDA, ZATCA and HSE compliance primary content rather than a footnote
  3. 03Broke manpower supply into eleven skill categories buyers can scan and match against
  4. 04Built a client showcase using recognised names for third-party credibility
  5. 05Routed quote requests to dedicated department lines with a 24-hour response commitment
  6. 06Aligned messaging to Saudi Vision 2030, the frame procurement teams evaluate against

04 — Proof

What changed

  • Five divisions given distinct, buyer-specific capability pages
  • Compliance credentials surfaced up front, where procurement teams look first
  • Eleven manpower categories made scannable for workforce buyers
  • Quote pipeline with dedicated department lines and a 24-hour response commitment
