Zaman Tiles & Sanitary
Zaman Tiles wholesales tiles and sanitary ware across four branches in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Wholesale stock is unforgiving: a tile is only the right tile at the right code, size and colour, and a customer standing in one branch needs an answer about another branch's shelf immediately. Their records lived in ledgers and separate spreadsheets per location. We replaced all of it with one system.
01 — The brief
The challenge
Running four branches on paper ledgers and per-branch spreadsheets meant nobody had a single view of stock. Staff couldn't tell a customer whether an item existed at another branch without a phone call, invoices were written by hand across both company and wholesale channels, and profit could only be worked out after the fact by reconciling books. The owner also needed margin figures visible to them alone — not to branch staff.
02 — What we built
The solution
We built a Laravel application that puts all four branches — Dalazak, Sawabi, Charsadda and Mardan — into one system while tracking each separately. Stock is searchable by item code, size and colour across every supplying company, invoicing covers both company and wholesale flows with paid and pending states, and profit reporting sits behind role-based access so margins stay visible to the owner only.
